The year 2012 is shaping up to be rich with promise for Destination Saint Lawrence. Bookings to date indeed point to the prospect of our welcoming a record number of cruiseshippers to our shores. The year ahead also includes a number of key challenges, notably the development of a Greeting Policy for member ports of call, intensification of promotional efforts with cruise lines, and organization of the Cruise Canada/New England Symposium at Québec City.
Cruise the Saint Lawrence is a sectoral organization which groups together the nine ports of call located along the shores of the Saint Lawrence River. The mission of the Association is to position Destination Saint Lawrence clearly with cruise operators by defining and coordinating development efforts and partner/port of call attributes, the ultimate aim being to build a genuine ‘Cruise the Saint Lawrence’ brand.
