Crystal Cruises: Cruise line with a penchant for innovation

Crystal Symphony

Crystal Cruises, owned by Japan-based Nippon Yusen Kaisha Group, figures proudly among the leading navigation companies in the world with a fleet of over 800 ships. Founded in 1988, this young operator can proudly boast having been voted the World’s Best Cruise Line for 15 years running, a feat matched by no other cruise operator to date.

The company's cruise offering is aimed at individuals in search of a blend of luxury, comfort and one-of-a-kind discovery experience. Crystal Cruises offers more than just trips aboard cruise ships. The company features out-of-the-ordinary packages designed specifically to provide guests with itinerary exclusives and special moments to be savoured along their chosen route.

Crystal Cruises has made a name for itself with broadly travelled, discriminating cruise aficionados. The company's team of excursion planners, pre/post cruise organizers and shore-based program planners work hand-in-hand with ports of call around the world to develop exclusive tour offerings for their upmarket clientele.

The two 6-star ships, the Crystal Symphony (922 passengers) and Crystal Serenity (1070 passengers), offer spacious onboard accommodations, upscale dining facilities and a host of select services.

On two or three occasions during the 2013 season, several Saint Lawrence ports of call will welcome the Crystal Symphony as part of the following itineraries:

The 2013 seasons marked the addition of stopovers at a number of regional ports of call. It goes without saying that cruisehippers will delight not only in discovering these new destinations but also in the exclusive offering of excursions developed especially for Crystal Cruises. Activities include private tours for small groups, float plane and helicopter flyovers, and privileged access to various private locations.

Next year, the Crystal Serenity will be sailing the waters of the Saint Lawrence. Embarkation and disembarkation will take place at the Port of Québec. Fall programs will naturally include a broad choice of conferences on a variety of topics of interest.

For individuals travelling alone or seeking a romantic getaway, Crystal Cruises skilfully brings a touch of adventure and refinement designed to guarantee one-of-a-kind experiences and lasting memories.  See their packages.
